| The development guidelines for Strand Lakeside Resort dictate that a residence cannot be occupied for more than 180 days cumulatively if you are participating in the Rental Management Program. Otherwise, you may reside in your residence year round. |

| As an owner, you will have access to stay in your residence. Family, friends, business associates, or anyone else you designate, can be accommodated according to your wishes. |

| If you have agreed to participate in the Rental Management Program, the property manager can arrange to rent out your residence to resort guests. |

| 6. | If I participate in the Optional Rental Program, how far in advance must I reserve my residence for personal use? |
| Naturally, as an owner, advance notice is required to book your own suite or villa, as our management team will be securing rental bookings six months in advance or more. For owners scheduling vacations within six months notice, then your booking is subject to availability. |

| Owners wishing to participate in the Rental Program will not be permitted to opt-out of the Furnishings Package, as it is vital that a welcoming, consistent image be presented to resort guests. |
